Custom Pieces
Nonreturnable: All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
A 30% down payment is required to begin the custom process. Customers will approve a price quote, CAD design, and/or wax casting (for an additional $25) before production begins. Once production is approved, the custom piece will be completed in 4–6 weeks.
Standard Pieces
Return Window: Standard (non-custom) pieces may be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
Condition: To qualify for a refund, the piece must be in the exact condition it was received and include all original packaging.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. NALA MADE is not responsible for any issues during shipping (e.g., loss, damage). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
If the item meets return requirements, a refund will be processed.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to two weeks to process after we receive the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
