Nonreturnable Policy All custom jewelry is designed exclusively for you, making these pieces nonreturnable.
Initial Payment A 30% down payment is required to begin the process. The remaining balance will be due at the time of completion.
Price Quote Approval
After our consultation, you will receive a detailed price quote.
Once you approve the quote, we’ll proceed to the design stage.
CAD Drawing
A CAD (computer-aided design) rendering of your piece will be created.
For an additional $25 fee, we can provide a wax casting for a tangible preview of your design.
Approval Process
Your final approval of the CAD and/or wax casting is required before moving forward with production.
Production Timeline
Once approved, the production of your custom piece begins.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for completion.

At NALA MADE, we believe in creating jewelry that feels uniquely yours. Our Partially Custom Jewelry option allows you to personalize select aspects of our designs while maintaining the integrity of the original piece. Below is our policy to ensure a seamless experience for you.
Customization Options
Our partially custom jewelry allows you to personalize:
Stone Selection: Choose from a variety of gemstones, including lab-grown or natural diamonds.
Metal Choice: Select from white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, or platinum.
Stone Size & Shape: Customize the size and cut of the center stone (available for select designs).
Engravings: Add a personal message or special date to the inside of the band.
Design Approval Process
Initial Consultation: Once you’ve selected your customization options, we will provide you with a design preview and estimated production timeline.
Design Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you for final approval. Please review carefully, as changes cannot be made after this stage.
Production: After your confirmation, your piece will enter production. Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion.

Ownership of Design
Design Ownership: NALA MADE retains the right to reproduce, market, and feature custom designs in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Customer Responsibility for Sizing & Information
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all sizing, engraving text, and design details are correct before final approval. NALA MADE is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping: Once completed, your jewelry will be shipped via [Carrier] with tracking and insurance. Shipping fees will be added to the final balance.
Pick up: if customer choses to pick up their order shipping fees will not be required
Post-Purchase Care
Post-Purchase Care: We recommend professional cleaning and maintenance every 6-12 months to keep your jewelry in perfect condition. Contact us to schedule a cleaning service.
